A globally recognized business coach, mentor, author and sales strategist, who has guided hundreds of companies and thousands of individuals around the world towards optimum performance levels.

As well as being the Chairman of The jf Corporation, he is CEO of Top Sales Associates and Senior Partner at The JF Consultancy based in London and Paris.

Jonathan's first book "So You Want to Be a Top 5% Sales Player?" - the first of a trilogy is due to be published in 2010.

Also in 2010, Jonathan will be launching The JF Sales Academy, as well as overseeing the creation of Top Sales World, ASP Profile and Sales Leadership Zone.

Jacqueline Male - Commercial Director

As her title suggests, Jacqueline Male oversees all commercial issues within the Group, but that doesn’t begin to describe her multi-functional role, which includes: finance, web-site management, TSE team member liaison, social media co-ordination, and a whole host of other responsibilities which are far too numerous to describe.

Jaqs, as she is affectionately known in the JFC boardroom, started life as a science teacher, which goes part way to explaining her abilities to experiment and manage several projects at one time. Oh, and she is also an SEO expert!

The epitome of high energy and dynamism. She joined the JFC Board early in 2010, and we are already benefiting from the breadth of her commercial bandwidth. Her primary responsibilities include developing strong, enduring relationships with our sponsors and advertisers, but her overall brief is much wider than that, and her contribution, far more extensive. As well as occupying this significant role with us, she is also the creator and CEO of Smart Selling Tools.

As Communications Director for JFC, Paul Simon works closely with sales and business experts throughout the world in sharing their expertise and services with JFC members. He develops and hosts webinars with these experts and collaborates with the JFC management team in pursuing and enhancing rewarding online communities for salespeople and sales leaders. Paul also is Sales Editor for Allbusiness.com and is the owner of SharperContent, a communications consultancy that provides writing, editing and other services. He previously was editor at three Web-based sales communities, a bureau chief for The Associated Press, and an editor at the Denver Post.
